EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONALISM IN A UNIVERSITY LOCATED IN THE STATE OF MEXICO

Educational institutionalism suggests features that place it in decision making and execution of protocols in public universities. In this sense, the objective of the work was to explain its incidence in the perceptions of employees of an HEI. An exploratory and correlational investigation was carried out to show the structure of institutionalism, recommending the extension of studies to other universities.
