This study explores the knowledge that Pjiekakjo women have regarding home remedies, mostly based on healing herbs or plants. Through these healing practices, 30 herbs or plants and 25 tangible and intangible discomforts were identified. It can be said that these women's knowledge accounts for geo and bio-cultural knowledge, intertwining aspects of Pjiekakjo cosmology and ontology. However, it also addresses basic needs such as nutrition or healing through natural elements readily available in the immediate environment. Additionally, this knowledge is linked to the lack of guarantee in the exercise of the right to health for indigenous peoples.
